Pilot Base Pattern Lab collects only what we need to run seats in Poti and to answer messages sent through this site.

What we collect

From the visit form or a telephone booking: name, email, telephone, which session you asked about, and the message you wrote. In the room we may keep an attendance list for that evening. We do not run account dashboards or payment cards on this website.

Why we hold it

To confirm a seat, to tell you if a studio is cancelled, to handle a refund request, and to keep a short record of who was in the room for safety. We do not sell lists. We do not send marketing sequences.

Cookies

The banner stores one preference in localStorage under a brand-prefixed key. See cookies. Rejecting that preference does not block pages, forms, or navigation.

Images

We do not publish identifiable student photographs without asking. Instructor portraits on this site are provided for the public pages.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to eighteen months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Attendance lists for a given month are kept up to two years for refund disputes, then destroyed.
