Terms of studio use

These terms apply to people who sit in group studios, clinics, or private markup at Pilot Base Pattern Lab, 78 Robakidze Highway, Poti, Georgia. They are written for classroom training. They are not an investment contract.

What we provide

We provide instruction in reading range breaks and pullbacks on printed and delayed charts. We do not execute orders, hold client money, recommend specific instruments, or guarantee any financial result. Examples used in class are historical or delayed.

Your responsibilities

You arrive able to work in English for the advertised session. You keep phones bagged during silent markup unless an instructor asks for a delayed chart. You do not photograph other students without consent. You do not treat class notes as a signal service to resell.

Seats and confirmation

A seat exists only after we confirm it by telephone or email. Listed prices on this site are informational. Payment, when arranged, is for teaching time in the room — not for market access.

Conduct

We may ask a student to leave a session, without refund of that evening, if behaviour stops others from working: shouting, filming the room, or pressing instructors for live “entries.”

Intellectual notes

Handouts stay with the student for personal study. They may not be republished as a course under another name. The studio name and petal mark remain ours.

Liability

Training is educational. You remain responsible for any trading you later do elsewhere. To the extent Georgian law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed sessions caused by your travel, or opinions you form from class examples.
